The Cedars Ranch has been thoughtfully designed to include a perfect combination of indoor and outdoor spaces for your wedding, yoga retreat, corporate offsite, or any other type of event! Designed by award-winning architects, our venue facilities include our gorgeous event hall (seating 200), beautiful tree-lined plaza, high character cocktail lounge, resort-style pool deck/bar, flower garden & gazebo, and large outdoor ceremony site (seating 200+) under our majestic live oak trees.




Our event hall is a contemporary wedding and event space, intentionally designed to let you enjoy the beauty of the outdoors while being inside. With reception seating capacity for 200 guests, its open slatted walls on three sides of the building allow abundant natural light during the day and help your guests feel immersed in the surrounding beauty of the Texas Hill Country. Our event hall offers the best of both worlds – providing a covered and conditioned indoor space with beautiful natural lighting and three large barn doors allowing fresh air circulation when left open. And what’s more, our event hall and venue is run on renewable solar power energy.

When you get married or hold your event at The Cedars Ranch, you and your guests have exclusive access to our event plaza (event hall, cocktail lounge, courtyard) and ceremony site for the whole day! Included in your rental fee are tables and chairs for 200 guests, high-top bistro tables and chairs, ceremony benches for up to 200, and more. We have a caterer’s prep kitchen and a utility-serviced site for food trucks as well. You have the complete freedom to bring in any and all of your own vendors and/or we are happy to provide our preferred vendor recommendations!

With overnight lodging for up to 100 people and plenty of fun activities onsite, The Cedars Ranch offers a unique opportunity to provide your wedding/event guests with an unforgettable, all-inclusive type of experience in the beautiful Texas Hill Country! For example, with a full property weekend buyout (all event spaces + 23 units of lodging) you have the ability to host your welcome party/rehearsal dinner Friday evening in the cocktail lounge, poolside bar, or event hall. Then on Saturday, you and your guests can participate in outdoor activities (swimming pool, pickleball, hiking, outdoor games, etc.) and explore private access to 20 acres of gently rolling wooded landscape, all prior to holding the indoor + outdoor celebration of your dreams using our event facilities and various gathering spaces in whatever manner you desire! And don’t forget about hosting your guests one more time on Sunday morning with a farewell breakfast/brunch in the event hall or cocktail lounge, or even al fresco in the plaza or poolside bar!
