The Big Reveal!

The Big Reveal!

It’s the week before construction starts and we felt it was perfect timing to share the first renderings of our future campus here at The Cedars Ranch, with you all!!

We’ve been working with award-winning Canadian architects, The Acre, for over a year now, helping us realize our vision of a modern, elegant and eco-conscious event space and wellness destination designed for hosting weddings, receptions, corporate events and wellness retreats.

And now the moment we’ve all been waiting for …

This rendering gives you an idea of what part of our campus will look like. Isn’t it beautiful? We’ve chosen a celebration / wedding scene to give you an idea of how the campus can be used. We love how nature and architecture blend so well, thanks to the amazing work of our architects Acre and HA Architecture.

The Cedars Ranch campus will be completed in two separate phases. Phase one includes the construction of the dance hall, reception pavilion, the relocation of the existing event bar structure, and the construction of our private residence.

Here are some of our buildings in more detail.

Dance Hall: The dance hall is one of the main structures in the picture above. As well as being a gorgeous dance and event space, it will have seating capacity for 125 guests. The dance hall's 30 degree pitched roof is designed to optimize the annual solar power harvest, as well as showcasing the renewable energy generation feature. The merging of both beautiful and sustainable design. We love it!

Shed Shack: This high character metal barn was already here on our property. We are relocating it and converting it to an event bar and “dudes lounge” (as it is currently being affectionately named!).

Reception Pavilion: This space will house an office and reception area, public washrooms, and a small meeting room that will also double as a bridal prep area. The reception pavilion is designed with a butterfly roof to highlight the rainwater collection activity of the building.

Our House: Our future home will be located in another part of the property, nestled among the Oaks and Cedars! We can’t wait!

The second phase of construction will be completed at a later time and will include the construction of the chapel, the bride and groom cabins, and the north trail.

That's the end of our tour for now! Thanks for joining us! Let us know what you think!

With much excitement and anticipation,

Bill & Marilyn.

I have been surfing on-line more than 3 hours lately, but I never discovered any
fascinating article like yours. It is lovely value enough for me.
In my view, if all webmasters and bloggers made just right content as you did,
the web can be a lot more useful than ever before.

An intriguing discussion is definitely worth comment. I believe that you need to
publish more about this topic, it may not be a taboo subject but usually
folks don't discuss such subjects. To the next!
Kind regards!!

Hi! I just wanted to ask if you ever have any issues with hackers?
My last blog (wordpress) was hacked and I ended up losing several weeks
of hard work due to no backup. Do you have any solutions to stop
hackers?
