Situated on twenty acres of meandering live oak and cedar trees in the heart of Texas Hill Country, The Cedars Ranch is a beautiful new eco event venue and wellness destination featuring inspiring modern architecture and gorgeous green design, in a stellar natural setting. Designed by award-winning Canadian architects, The Acre, in conjunction with local award-winning architects, HA Architecture, our unique new venue is booking now for special events.

Great Hall

A unique contemporary eco event space, our great hall has been intentionally designed to let you enjoy the beauty of the outdoors while being in this gorgeous hall. It has a light-filled and airy design, with open-air wall features allowing the structure to cool naturally, and help guests feel immersed in the surrounding nature. As a reception space (with tables) it seats 200, and as a conference space it seats 300. The great hall also includes an adjacent green room, as well as caterers prep kitchen and restrooms.

Event Bar & Plaza

Adjacent to our great hall, is our high character metal event bar and adjoining tree-lined plaza. Our event bar consists of a small event space that can seat about 28 people (at bistro tables). The event bar also has an accompanying side-lounge. It opens onto the large tree-lined plaza, with capacity for 250 seated (reception).

Our Ranch 

Access to our 20 acres of beautiful Texas Hill Country ranch land is included in your special events rental fee. Enjoy the natural surroundings and generous recreation offerings which include our enclosed flower garden with gazebo, courtyard with gaming spaces, outdoor lounge, fire pit, and large paved event space under our live oaks seating 150.

Our Rental Rates

Weekdays, Monday – Thursday, 6pm – 12am: 

$1,500 or $250 / hour with a minimum of 3 hours

Weekends, Friday - Sunday,  9am - 12am: 

$7,500 Saturday, $5,500 Friday, Sunday & Holidays (during high season, Mar - Jun, Sep - Nov) 

$5000 (during low season: Dec - Feb, Jul - Aug)

Green Event

Your special event will have a minimal environmental impact and carbon footprint, due to our eco-friendly features: solar panels powering full venue, harvesting and treatment of rainwater, native and water conscious landscaping, and mandatory recycling and composting practices.
