The Cedars Ranch has been intentionally designed to provide a range of indoor and outdoor training and event spaces that cater to both large and small groups. 

Designed by award-winning architects The Acre and HA Architecture, our new contemporary eco event space and wellness destination boosts beautiful onsite facilities such as our great hall, event bar, outdoor plaza, enclosed garden and gazebo, large outdoor event site under our majestic live oaks, as well as much more.

Great Hall

A unique contemporary event space, our great hall has been intentionally designed to let you enjoy the beauty of the outdoors while being in this light-filled hall. With reception capacity for 200 guests (i.e. with tables), and theater capacity for 300 (i.e. seats in rows), the great hall's open-air slatted wall features allow the structure to cool naturally, and helps guests and attendees feel immersed in the surrounding nature of the Texas Hill Country. The great hall also includes a green room, caterers prep kitchen and restrooms.

Event Bar & Plaza

Adjacent to our great hall, is our high character event bar. It consists of a small training or event space that can seat 28 people (at bistro tables), or 40 people (in rows). The event bar also has an accompanying side-lounge. The bar opens onto our large atmospheric tree-lined plaza, with capacity for 250.

Our Ranch

The Cedars Ranch has been intentionally developed to embrace the outdoor experience, with an environment focused on relaxation and reflection. You and your team / event attendees will have exclusive access to all on-site facilities on our 20 acres, including our beautiful enclosed organic flower garden with gazebo.

Guests can also enjoy our outdoor lounge, games courtyard, fire pit, and many fun, restful and rejuvenating spaces, ideal for participant activities, break-out sessions, personal contemplation or reflection.

A short stroll from our main venue campus, our outdoor ceremony or event space under our majestic live oak trees can seat up to 150. Beautiful live-edge cedar benches to seat 150 guests are also included in our venue rental fee.

Yurt

Nestled among the trees nearby our main venue campus, our luxury eco yurt can be used as an optional addition to your training, workshop or retreat. Our fully-equipped yurt features a beautiful open plan living and library area, kitchen and dining space, full bath and private bedroom. For an additional fee, it is ideal for small meetings or break-out groups, holding about 10 people. It is also available for overnight rental. See Luxury Eco Yurt page.
