The Cedars Ranch has been intentionally designed to provide a range of indoor and outdoor training and event spaces that cater to both large and small groups. 

Designed by award-winning Canadian architects, The Acre, in conjunction with local award-winning architects, HA Architecture, our venue facilities include our great hall, outdoor plaza, event bar, enclosed garden and gazebo, and large outdoor site under our majestic live oaks.

Great Hall

A unique contemporary eco event space, our great hall has been intentionally designed to let you enjoy the beauty of the outdoors while being in this gorgeous hall. It has a light-filled and airy design, with open-air wall features allowing the structure to cool naturally, and help guests feel immersed in the surrounding nature. As a reception space (with tables) it seats 200, and as a conference space it seats 300. The great hall also includes an adjacent green room, as well as caterers prep kitchen and restrooms.

Event Bar & Plaza

Adjacent to our great hall, is our high character metal event bar and adjoining tree-lined plaza. Our event bar consists of a small training or event space that can seat 28 people (at bistro tables), and 40 people (in rows). The event bar also has an accompanying side-lounge. It opens onto the large tree-lined plaza, with capacity for 250 seated (reception).

Our Ranch

The Cedars Ranch has been intentionally developed to embrace the outdoor experience, with an environment focused on relaxation and reflection. You and your team / event attendees will have exclusive access to all on-site facilities on our 20 acres, including our enclosed garden with gazebo, courtyards with game spaces, a fire pit, and many fun, restful and rejuvenating spaces, ideal for participant activities, break-out sessions, personal contemplation or reflection.

Yurt

Nestled among the trees nearby our main venue campus, our luxury eco yurt can be used as an optional addition to your training, workshop or retreat. Our fully-equipped yurt features a beautiful open plan living and library area, kitchen and dining space, full bath and private bedroom. For an additional fee, it can be available for small meetings or break-out groups totaling about 10 people.

Event Attendee


Rental Rates

Weekdays, Monday – Thursday, 8am – 5pm: 

$2,250 or $250 / hour with a minimum of 3 hours

Weekends, Friday - Sunday,  9am - 12am: 

$7,500 Saturday, $5,500 Friday, Sunday & Holidays (during high season, Mar - Jun, Sep - Nov) 

$5000 (during low season: Dec - Feb, Jul - Aug)
