"Creating Magic!"

"Creating Magic!"

What a week of abundance for The Cedars … visitors, meetings, plans and many downpours of rain! Our Architects, “The Acre”, flew in from Canada this week to spend some time with us on the land and continue to develop the vision for The Cedars. Luckily for us here in Texas they brought a whole lot of rain with them! (Though perhaps not so lucky for our Canadian visitors, looking forward to some of that Texan sunshine!)

It was a lovely opportunity to gather our team together. Here we are having lunch in Wimberley before visiting the land: Stephen and Kale from Acre Architects, Wayne and Mary from Solluna Builders, and Bill, Marilyn and Brenda from The Cedars Ranch. Later, Acre and Solluna touching base in the warm Texas rain.

Bill scoping the land with the Architects, Stephen and Kale …

... Marilyn talking with the building team, Wayne, Chris and Mary.

Another exciting update is that stakes are now marking the points on the land where the structures are going to be situated. While these markers will be adjusted before actual construction, it’s giving us a real feeling for the changes that are about to come.

This week we had some very helpful and insightful meetings with rainwater management and renewable energy specialists.

Rain this past week was a very welcome weather change and our garden responded very gleefully!!! Our asparagus took off - this is just 3 days growth! And check out our new baby peaches!

Our peas and herbs are flourishing too …

After days of site visits, consultations and discussions, here are Kale and Stephen hard at work creating magic!

Until next week,

Bill & Marilyn.

Hey there would you mind letting me know which web host you're using?
I've loaded your blog in 3 different internet browsers and I must say this blog loads a lot faster then most.
Can you recommend a good internet hosting provider at a honest price?
Many thanks, I appreciate it!

Currently it looks like BlogEngine is the best blogging platform available right now.
(from what I've read) Is that what you are
using on your blog?

Hmm it seems like your website ate my first comment (it was extremely long) so I guess I'll just sum it up what I
wrote and say, I'm thoroughly enjoying your blog.
I as well am an aspiring blog writer but I'm still new to the whole thing.
Do you have any tips and hints for rookie blog writers?
I'd definitely appreciate it.
