We here at The Cedars Ranch have been busy developing a schedule of speakers, programs and events for our first year of operation, i.e. September 2018 – September 2019. Up until now, we have mostly been focusing on the wedding market, but The Cedars Ranch will offer much more than a place for wedding and celebration.
It's super exciting for us to start to strategize and plan for our first year. What do we want The Cedars Ranch to be at it's core? What programs and events do we want to hold? In helping us come up with these answers, we want to dream big, think creatively, and stay aligned and true to our mission ...

Luckily for us, our dear friend Kelley Russell-DuVarney, professional coach with Vantage Coaching, came on board to facilitate a strategic planning meeting with The Cedars Ranch team last week. We had a wonderfully fun and productive day! Kelley is in the white top, along with Bill and I to the right, and event planner / new Cedars Ranch friend Marisa to the left!
Completing The Cedars Ranch team is Brenda, Operations and Sustainability Manager, here with Marisa. Our strategic planning day flowed with plenty of ideas, inspiration, excitement and, thanks to our Irish host Brenda, many many cups of tea!
