Our special day of “Fierce Self-Compassion: Unplug Your Inner Critic” will open with a variety of morning workshops, including interactive workshops on developing everyday resiliency skills and learning mindfulness meditation.
Our afternoon keynote speaker is Dr. Kristin Neff, a pioneering researcher in self-compassion at the University of Texas. She will teach a proven way to cultivate emotional well-being, build inner strength and thrive in our lives.
Interwoven throughout this day of personal growth and transformation, will be opportunities to unplug, relax and enjoy nature here at The Cedars Ranch. We’ll have some creative outdoor activities and quiet reflection zones, as well as opportunities for herb walks on the land.
