San Antonio Bridal Extravaganza

San Antonio Bridal Extravaganza

Sunday was a big and busy Bridal Extravaganza day for us! We exhibited The Cedars Ranch at the San Antonio Bridal Extravaganza. This was our first time exhibiting at the San Antonio show, having exhibited twice previously at the Austin Bridal Extravaganza. Being geographically positioned roughly halfway between both cities, we thought we’d try out the San Antonio market. We were definitely very happy we did so!

Here we are setting up our exhibit on Sunday morning (and modeling what marital bliss looks like … ha!).

We loved having a new set of images to display on our exhibit wall. Don’t our wedding style shoot photos look great on display? They received very positive feedback too.

Here’s our table set up, complete with: an information board about our future wedding venue; information sheets for people to take away; our wishing tree with ribbons and pens so couples can make a wish for their relationship / marriage and tie the wish ribbon onto our tree (couples love it!); an eco-friendly gift for booth visitors in the form of very cute birdseed hearts (people love these too!); and a monitor displaying a slideshow of Cedars Ranch images.

This bunch of fresh flowers from the garden was a sweet addition to our table display …

Doors open at 12pm, with loud music blaring from the stage to amp everyone up! It’s becoming a bridal show tradition that team Cedars Ranch (Marilyn, Bill and Brenda) start the day with some super enthusiastic dance moves!! Here we are ready to go …

We had a super busy day, with a lot of booth visitors and interest in our venue …

Here’s one engaged couple tying their wish ribbon onto our wishing tree …

Part of the day is also about making connections with other wedding vendors, and visiting their booths. We were all fans of this chocolate fountain, by Bluebonnet Events and Rentals …

… and we loved this stunning tablescape by wedding planners "My Events Co".

Until next week,

Marilyn and Bill.
