Decisions, Decisions

Decisions, Decisions

This week we’ve been busy making decisions! This is the first time that we have been part of a building project and we are so grateful for our architectural teams!!! After meeting with Micah, our landscape architect (Coleman and Assoc), over more site plan specifics we had final choices to make with Jamie, our Austin architect (HA Architecture), over material choices for our house, the Dance Hall and the Reception Pavilion.

Here’s Jamie and Micah reviewing some ideas …

Some of our material choices …

A team of engineers have been busy with the detailed drawings for the past month. We expect the final sign-off within a couple days. The next step is that Greg, our general contractor, will price out each building. The more of the these final decisions we have made the closer the cost estimates will be to reality. Jamie and team know us well and had some brilliant ideas!

Our site plan is coming along nicely …

Following on from last week, here are some photos of our luscious new permaculture orchards.

Here's one of our orange trees in our orchard ...

Paige watering our new fruit trees ...

Check out our new garden gazebo behind the orchard ...

And look, our radishes are already sprouting, in our newly planted garden ...

Until next week,

Bill & Marilyn.

If so how do you prevent it, any plugin or anything you

Hey I know this is off topic but I was wondering
if you knew of any widgets I could add to my blog that automatically tweet
my newest twitter updates. I've been looking for a plug-in like this for quite some time and was hoping maybe you would have some experience with something like this.
Please let me know if you run into anything. I truly enjoy reading your blog and I look forward
to your new updates.

obviously like your website but you need to check the spelling on several of
your posts. A number of them are rife with spelling problems
and I to find it very bothersome to inform the reality
nevertheless I'll certainly come back again.
