Corporate Retreat Rentals

The Cedars Ranch is the ideal option for companies and individuals looking for a contemporary, environmentally-friendly and relaxed place to have retreats. We welcome your team to come enjoy The Cedars Ranch for corporate retreats, team building, strategic planning, coaching and communication training etc.

We provide a variety of rental spaces on-site, including spaces for larger groups and multiple small group spaces. You will have full use of the ranch and facilities on-site, whether you need other spaces for break-out sessions, or the use of our beautiful land and walking trails for team activities or just relaxation! We also have some limited accommodation available. See below, for more detail.


Corporate Facilitation

The Cedars Ranch has its own in-house Professional Certified Coach who can facilitate corporate retreats. Marilyn Orr is an Executive and Leadership Coach with Capacity Building Coaching, and is available to facilitate training on-site. Marilyn will also be hosting her own corporate training events on-site. Rates & Facilities

Corporate Retreat Day Rental: $750

We provide a variety of rental space, including a training space in both the reception pavilion and event bar for small groups, and the dance hall for larger groups.

Reception Pavilion - Small conference room with kitchenette and restroom

 Dance Hall – Large conference space seating 250 people

You and your group will have access to our ranch and facilities on-site. Enjoy our generous recreation offerings which include:

  • Walking trails
  • Courtyard with outdoor games and seating
  • Flower and sculpture garden with gazebo
  • Yoga and meditation platform
  • Painted forest
  • Fire pit

Your event will also have a minimal environmental impact and carbon footprint, due to our eco-friendly features:

  • Solar panels powering full venue
  • Harvesting and treatment of rainwater
  • Native and water conscious landscaping
  • Mandatory recycling and composting practices

Accommodation

We have some limited accommodation available on-site.

Deluxe Cabin: 

  • Luxurious accommodation offering, complete with king-size bed, open plan living space, and secluded outdoor garden with tub and fireplace.
  • $350/night

Other On-site Accommodation Options:

  • 3 on-site accommodation rentals available
  • Each complete with double bed, kitchenette, small living space and restroom.
  • $100/night each, sleeps 2

Camping is also available. We have plenty of perfect spots for you to pitch your tent. Camping guests can avail of our centralized facilities at the reception pavilion, which include restroom, shower and kitchenette. We can also provide you with a list of nearby accommodation, on request.
